Under Section 75 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act 1960 and Model Bye-Law 99, every society must hold its AGM on or before 30th September. The Managing Committee must provide at least 14 clear days' advance notice accompanied by audited accounts. The statutory quorum is 1/5th of registered members or 25 members, whichever is less.

04.Appoint a certified Statutory Auditor from the approved government panel and fix their remuneration.
05.Consider and approve the annual budget estimates for the upcoming financial year.
